Sick Visits & Emergencies
If you are having a medical emergency please go to the closest emergency room or call 911.
However, if your child is sick, and it is not an emergency, please call us at 215-525-8600. We are available 24 hours a day to answer questions about your sick child. If you call after-hours or on the weekends just listen to the voicemail and at the very end you will be automatically connected with a nurse who will handle your phone call. If they are unable to handle your situation they will notify one of our medical providers who are on call 24 hours a day, even on weekends and holidays. Remember, if it is NOT an emergency and your child is sick please CALL US FIRST before going to an emergency department or an urgent care center. Many times we can handle your issue over the telephone, which will save you tons of time and stress.
Walk-in Visits
We will accept patients on a walk-in basis, however they must be already established as patients in our practice. Our walk-in hours are 9am-11am and 1pm-3pm (Monday-Friday). We cannot accommodate walk-in well child visits, these visits are meant for patients who are sick. We only accept a few walk-in patients per day so if you walk-in and we are completely booked there is a possibility that we might not be able to see you. We strongly recommend that you call our office and schedule an appointment if your child needs to be seen. In some cases we might be able to solve your problem without you having to come to our office, that would save you lots of time!
The only way to guarantee that your child will be seen is to arrive on-time for a scheduled appointment.
Symptom Checker
If your child is sick you should always contact us, however if you want to do some reading on your own you can also look at this symptom checker.
