Community Health Centers Clinic at Broad Street Ministry

FIGHT Community Health Centers Clinic at Broad Street Ministry is a satellite site of the John Bell Health Center offering primary care to the guests of Broad Street Ministry.

Community Health Training Alliance

Our community and professional training program provides a year-long series of workshops, conferences, webinars, and symposiums on health topics that impact our most vulnerable communities. Such programming would include our AIDS Education Month series of events and the HIV/AIDS Prevention and Education Summit.

The Community Prevention and Navigation Services program at Philadelphia FIGHT aims to provide HIV prevention services, linkage to care throughout the city of Philadelphia.

COVID-19 Community Testing

Philadelphia FIGHT provides low-barrier testing in neighborhoods throughout Philadelphia. That means that you don’t need an appointment, insurance, ID, or COVID-19 symptoms to get tested. Any adult or child over 1 year can simply visit our sites, and get tested for COVID-19.

Critical Path Learning Center

An expansion of the AIDS Library and the Critical Path Project, The Critical Path Learning Center at Philadelphia FIGHT is an educational commons and stigma-free space devoted to the intersection of health and literacy for the digital age.

Diana Baldwin Mental Health Clinic

The Diana Baldwin Mental Health Clinic provides culturally competent behavioral health services that address the psychological, social and emotional needs of every patient.

Our team specializes in a trauma-informed approach to dental care and welcomes patients with dental anxiety or a history of infrequent dental visits. We also coordinate with Philadelphia FIGHT medical providers and case management to ensure priority scheduling for existing patients.

New Beginnings

Drug and Alcohol Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP/OP): A licensed intensive outpatient program located in a state of the art facility utilizing technology, individual therapy, and group therapy to help individuals achieve sobriety.

Offering high quality, accessible, primary care to Philadelphia children and youth from birth through age 18.

PrEP

PrEP is one pill swallowed once a day that can prevent HIV infection by more than 95%.

Our Signature Education program Project TEACH and our Peer Education program provide courses and workshops at FIGHT, in the community, and in schools.

FIGHT conducts advanced clinical research trials of new HIV medications and treatment strategies, and projects investigating a cure for the virus.

Trans Youth Resilience Fund

The Trans Youth Resilience Fund is a direct financial assistance program for trans and non-binary youth.

TREE IOP

Teach Recovery Education Empowerment (TREE) is a licensed Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for people living with HIV/AIDS and struggling with Drug and Alcohol Use Disorder.

Y-HEP Adolescent and Young Adult Health Center

Annette B. Gadegbeku, MD is Director of Adult Medicine at John Bell Health Center and Jonathan Lax Treatment Center of Philadelphia FIGHT Community Health Centers. Dr. Gadegbeku is a Family Medicine Physician who specializes in primary care for all ages (from pediatrics to geriatrics)!
