Thank you for your interest in the Community Health Training Alliance (CHTA) Professional Development Training (PDT) service. As a training program, we recognize the importance of education, skill development, and mastering relevant competencies. Our comprehensive PDT workshops focus on the practical elements and competencies that support your educational needs through unique interactive styles of teaching.
We offer a variety of trauma-informed trainings. Such trainings would include, but not limited to:
- Trauma-Informed Care: The 6 Principles Towards Building Resilience
- The Impact of Compassion Fatigue on the Quality of Direct Care Services
Our individualized professional trainings are 2 hours in length. The location of our training can take place at your location or here at Philadelphia FIGHT. Upon the completion of each training, a certificate of completion is given with CEU’s, if approved by the respective licensing board based on their timetable for CEU approval. To assess the efficiency of our work, we also ask participants to complete an
evaluation upon the completion of the training.
If you have a specific topic request for professional development training, we can further explore your request together to see how we can accommodate your needs. As with most professional trainings, a great deal of time and effort is put into the planning process and execution. A nominal negotiable fee is requested for our PDT services.
The CHTA Team looks forward to working with you and your organization. If you should have any questions regarding our services, please feel free to contact us at chta@fight.org.
