About Catrina Peeples
Catrina has 22 years of progressive Human Resources experience. She earned a master’s degree in Human Resources Management and is pursuing her certification in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Before her current role, Catrina served as Human Resources Operations Manager and was initially hired as the HRIS/Benefits Administrator. Prior to her career at Philadelphia FIGHT, Catrina worked in the private sector for multiple organizations, such as American Water and David’s Bridal, to name a few, where she gained her knowledge and experience in human resources matters, benefits, and payroll. Catrina is seen as one who thinks “out of the box” and has a “can-do” spirit. She has a reputation for being a forward-thinking leader, a consummate people person, and one who is trusted and relied upon for sensitive HR matters.
