As part of Philadelphia FIGHT’s HIV & Education Summit, the Community Health Training Alliance (CHTA) is hosting a digital poster board presentation and an in-person oral poster session.
We invite submissions of new or recently presented research in areas such as:
HIV treatment/prevention/testing/cure, opioid use disorder, harm reduction, sexual health, gender-affirming care, public health, STI testing and treatment, COVID-19, Hepatitis A/B/C, community integration in healthcare, and health equity.
Who is the Audience?
- Healthcare consumers including family and friends of people living with HIV, and anyone interested in learning more about HIV/AIDS.
- Those working in the healthcare field such as medical doctors, medical case managers, social workers, prevention workers, street outreach workers, HIV testers, city employees, researchers, sexual health educators, as well as grassroots activists and advocates.
- Those working in allied fields.
Submission Details:
- Submit a single-page abstract or a PDF of a poster that is either new or was presented at an international, national, or regional conference within the past year.
- All posters will be displayed digitally, regardless of whether you opt to present in person.
- Posters must include your email or a QR code linking to your lab’s webpage or social media for attendee engagement.
- Specify whether your submission is for digital display only or in-person presentation (attendance required for the latter).
- All in-person presentations will have the opportunity to present their information for 30 minutes after the plenary and again for 30 minutes during lunch.
- All poster boards will be on display in the main hallway of our summit throughout the day.
- All digital presentations will be live and active the entire month of June for AEM.
