Broad Street Love Health Center

In partnership with Broad Street Love and their hospitality collaborative, FIGHT Community Health Centers Clinic at Broad Street Love is an open-access medical clinic that provides urgent care, transitional primary care, and low-barrier treatment for substance use disorder.

The Borad Street Love Health Center works collaboratively with Case Managers, Concierges and support staff to meet the complex needs of unsheltered and marginally housed people in Philadelphia while also embodying the Broad Street Love ethos of radical hospitality.  Our clinic also partners with multiple recovery programs and organizations that support people leaving the carceral system and re-entering the community.

The clinic is located within the drop-in space at Broad Street Love at 315 S. Broad Street. The medical and support staff are trained in providing trauma-informed, culturally competent care to the homeless population and the guests of BSL. We are active members of the National Health Care for the Homeless Council to ensure we are current in best practices for the community. Our staff includes a primary care provider, a complex Care Manager, a program coordinator, and a medical assistant.  Our Associate Medical Director and Lead Provider is Kevin Lagor,. NP, who provides medical care to the guests of BSM under the supervision of Jay Kostman, MD, Chief Medical Officer of Philadelphia FIGHT.
