BenePhilly offers FREE one-on-one enrollment support to help Philadelphia residents apply for over 20 public benefits. Trained counselors assist with completing applications, organizing key documents, and tracking their applications’ status.
Philadelphia FIGHT is proud to serve as one of the BenePhilly centers for Philadelphia FIGHT patients. As part of this effort, we provide support for enrollment in the following benefits:
- Health insurance like CHIP, Medicaid and Medicare
- Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)
- Pharmaceutical Assistance Contract for Elderly (PACE/PACENET)
- Special Pharmaceutical Benefits Program (SPBP)
- Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)
- Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC)
- Child Care Tax Credit
- Woman, Infant and Children assistance (WIC)
- State and City property tax credits, including the Homestead Exemption
- Rent Rebates
- PECO Customer Assistance Program (CAP)
- PGW Customer Responsibility Program (CRP)
- Water Revenue Assistance Program (WRAP)
To be eligible, individuals and families must be any one of or a combination of the following:
- Philadelphia FIGHT patient
- Low income
- Philadelphia resident
