Introducing the C a Difference team. The program focuses on visualizing a future free of hepatitis C. It’s a multidisciplinary approach to care, delivered by a team of passionate advocates who built this program from scratch. C a Difference develops and implements best practices through testing and linkage to care services, and providing advocacy around access to a cure.
