Every year, Philadelphia FIGHT’s team hosts our PrEP Week, full of programming and events to engage our Philly community in HIV prevention, sexual wellness, and harm reduction.
We’re gearing up for PrEP Week 2024 from September 16-20!
This year, we’re planning for:
- A community info session and town hall to discuss the role of PrEP as just one important element of primary care, including how to access low barrier, universal health and wellness resources in Philadelphia.
- An ages 21+ night of bingo-quizzo all about pleasure and protection – owning your health and sexual wellness while keeping pleasure at the center!
- An academic symposium (mini-conference) for providers, allied health professionals, and students training in the health professions to discuss the changing HIV prevention landscape in this social, cultural, and political moment.
- Special rapid testing and care counseling pop-ups in partnership with local harm reduction groups.
