Mission
Philadelphia FIGHT provides comprehensive, equitable, and compassionate healthcare and support services for individuals and communities facing health disparities. We work to eliminate barriers to health and well-being through primary and specialized care, harm reduction, education, and advocacy.
Philadelphia FIGHT is a Federally Qualified Health Center providing high-quality medical care, including HIV and Hepatitis C primary care, pediatrics, family dentistry, behavioral health services, consumer education, clinical research, and advocacy for individuals and families from all walks of life and at every stage of life.
- FIGHT reaches over 10,000 individuals with social services and education programs.
- We treat over 7,700 people at our health centers regardless of their ability to pay every month.
- Philadelphia FIGHT provides comprehensive healthcare to the LGBTQ community and to all in need. Whether you are a young person looking for a welcoming space to talk about your gender and sexuality, an adult looking to ‘get on’ PrEP, or someone simply looking to start your health and wellness journey, we are here to provide the care one needs.

About Us
The Philadelphia FIGHT Pediatrics is dedicated to providing high quality, comprehensive, primary care to address the physical and emotional health needs of children from birth through age 18. We believe that all children deserve to receive exceptional care in a beautiful space. Located in Center City Philadelphia, we are specially tailored to care for children and adolescents who have experienced social adversity. We are an LGBTQ friendly practice that is proud of the diversity in our patient population. We welcome patients of all income levels, races, ethnicities, sexual orientations, insurance statuses, and nationalities, regardless of ability to pay.
Services Provided
- Same Day Sick appointments (for established patients only).
- Well-child care (routine checkups)
- School, sports and camp physicals
- Immunizations (including catch-up vaccines for children who are behind)
- Integrated dental visits for children 12 years old and younger
- On-site phlebotomy (blood draws)
- Onsite Lactation Consultant
- On-site Pharmacist
- Onsite Social Worker and Benefits Coordinator
- Screening for mental health problems (such as ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, and Autism)
- Primary care, family planning, and reproductive health services ages 13+ (through our Y-HEP program)
- Behavioral Health Consultant for brief interventions
