Philadelphia FIGHT is committed to keeping all of our patients safe during the Coronavirus outbreak. As the outbreak has intensified, we have made some changes to keep everyone safe. 

  • To assure your safety and the safety of our staff, we cannot accept walk-in visits at this time.

FIGHT Family Dentistry is open for urgent care by phone and video chat during normal business hours and we are rolling out expanded service hours this week. You can reach our dentists at 215-525-3046.  All in office procedures are temporarily suspended in accordance with State safety guidelines.

Many people have lost access to the Internet through broadband resources like computer labs that have closed due to COVID-19.  The City has put together some resources that might be useful.

Spotlight On

Karam Mounzer, MD

Dr. Mounzer identified two major gaps in the care of patients with HIV/hepatitis C (HCV) co-infection, and the complexity of multidrug-resistant HIV treatment. He is involved with many clinical trials focusing on drug development and better understanding of HIV immunopathogenesis with the Wistar Institute. He is involved in teaching and mentoring.

Dr. Mario Cruz

Dr. Mario CruzDr. Cruz is a board certified pediatrician who serves as the Medical Director for our Pediatrics and Adolescent Health Center. He has presented and/or published in the fields of community violence and domestic violence prevention, quality improvement, behavioral health, curriculum development and mentorship. In 2019 he received the Greater Philadelphia Social Innovation Award for Innovations in Healthcare.
