Beyond the Walls: Reentry Summit and Prison Health Care is a conference that welcomes all interested in learning more about the impact of mass incarceration and health disparities in our communities. Beyond the Walls explores innovative approaches to the criminal justice issues facing our society, and provides opportunities for attendees to engage in local and national advocacy work. Every year, the Summit draws over 1200 people including currently and formerly incarcerated persons, their family and loved ones, service providers, prison staff, parole and probation officers, legal service providers, faith based organizations, community members, activists and advocates.
