Medications for Addiction Treatment (MAT) and Harm Reduction Services at Philadelphia FIGHT Community Health Centers
Philadelphia FIGHT offers several forms of medications for addiction treatment (MAT). A medical provider will evaluate you to determine which course of treatment is best for you.
For Opioid Use
- Burprenorphine/Naloxone (Suboxone)
- Buprenorphine (Sublocade and Brixadi)
- Naltrexone (Vivitrol)
For Alcohol Use
- Naltrexone (Vivitrol)
- Disulfiram (Antabuse)
For Cocaine Use
- Topiramate (Topamax)
We offer other harm reduction services as well
- Narcan (naloxone nasal spray)
- Fentanyl test strips
- Connection to and collaboration with external behavioral health/substance use disorder treatment programs
- Connection to all available internal FIGHT resources, including but not limited to PrEP/PEP, Hepatitis C, HIV and STI treatment, and Dentistry
Each new patient will be assigned:
- A care provider, who will attend to your general medical needs and will evaluate and work with you on determining the appropriate MAT to suit you
- A Behavioral Health Consultant to help guide you through the medication initiation and treatment process
- Care Coordination to support your health care path
