Our mission is to improve health outcomes and expand healthcare access, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay.

Y-HEP Health Center Hours
We are open from 9am-5pm Monday-Friday.
We accept sick patient walk-ins for established patients, as capacity allows, from 9am-11am and 1pm-3pm. The best way to ensure you are seen is to call and schedule an appointment.
We are closed for lunch 12-1pm daily.
We are closed in the afternoons on the second Friday of each month for staff trainings.
