About Andre DiCicco
Andre began working at fight in March of 2025 as the Director of HR. With over 15 years of experience working in Human Resources, Andre is experienced in creating HR strategies to support the organization’s long term goals, employee relations, talent acquisition, and more! He is passionate about creating an environment of psychological safety, employee wellness and creating and maintaining an environment of community and belonging. Andre is passionate about and has spent 12 years of his career working in the non-profit world, specifically in whole person health. He specifically loves supporting agencies that improve the lives of people in our community!
In his off time, Andre loves reality TV – from the housewives franchise, to Survivor, Big Brother, and his new favorite, Traitors, he can spend hours discussing his favorite personalities!
