In the mid-1980s, a mysterious and deadly illness arrived. The world soon called it AIDS. In Philadelphia, despite the unknown risks of contagion, a number of healthcare providers jumped in to offer treatment and compassionate care.
On December 4th, from 6 to 9 PM, Philadelphia FIGHT and the AIDS Law Project of Pennsylvania will host a reception to celebrate and honor these noble individuals.
