In partnership with Broad Street Love, FIGHT Community Health Centers Clinic at Broad Street Love is an open-access medical clinic that provides transitional primary care while addressing acute care needs. Clinical services include low-barrier treatment for substance use disorder, HIV Pre-exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP), and testing and treatment for hepatitis B, hepatitis C, HIV, and other sexually transmitted infections.

The clinic is located within the drop-in space at Broad Street Love at 315 S. Broad Street. Our staff includes Assistant Medical Director, Caitlin Jaeckel, PA-C, MHS, AAHIVS, who provides medical care to the guests of BSL under the supervision of Jay Kostman, MD, Chief Medical Officer of Philadelphia FIGHT, a comprehensive care manager, a program coordinator, and a medical assistant. The medical and support staff are trained in providing trauma-informed, culturally competent care to the homeless population and the guests of Broad Street Love.
The Broad Street Love Health Center works collaboratively with Broad Street Love’s staff to meet the complex needs of people in Philadelphia who are underserved and/or marginally housed while also embodying the Broad Street Love’s ethos of radical hospitality.

Current clinic hours are Monday through Thursday from 11:30am to 3:00pm
