GED Support
GED Referrals – We partner with The Helms Academy to provide quality, free GED classes and adult learning opportunities. These are available virtually so people can participate at their own pace. The Helms Academy also provides connection to college classes and pays for the GED test.

Healthcare Services
Our case management team connects participants with healthcare from the community health centers at Philadelphia FIGHT, which are free of charge and do not require insurance to see a health care provider.
John Bell Health Center
Provides comprehensive, culturally competent primary medical care to adults age 18 and older.
Y-HEP Adolescent and Young Adult Health Center
Provides inclusive and accessible healthcare for all youth (ages 13–24). Our services include: primary care, mental health care, sexual & reproductive health care and PrEP.
Pediatric and Adolescent Health Center
Offers high quality, accessible, primary care to Philadelphia children and youth from birth through age 18.
FIGHT Family Dentistry
Specializes in a trauma-informed approach to dental care and welcomes patients with dental anxiety or a history of infrequent dental visits. We also coordinate with Philadelphia FIGHT medical providers and case management to ensure priority scheduling for existing FIGHT patients.
Diana Baldwin Mental Health Clinic
Provides culturally competent behavioral health services that address the psychological, social and emotional needs of every patient.
BenePhilly
Offers FREE one-on-one enrollment support to help Philadelphia residents apply for over 20 public benefits. Trained counselors assist with completing applications, organizing key documents, and tracking their applications’ status.

Prison Linkages and Prison Support
Prison Linkages Program
ICJ works closely with people who are currently incarcerated and living with HIV in ensuring that their health care needs are met both during incarceration and post-release. Prison linkage specialists also provide court advocacy, health education, and reentry social services support.

Prison Support Program
Through our Prison Support Program, ICJ works with individuals during their incarceration by providing support and advocacy, and assists with discharge planning for those within the Philadelphia Department of Prisons and Pennsylvania Department of Corrections.

Pre-entry Support
We provide support for persons currently incarcerated through our 8-week initiative titled Reentry Wellness and Work-Readiness Initiative (RWIN) throughout a few of the State Correctional Institutions in Pennsylvania to support individuals in a successful reentry back into communities.
Anger Management
Anger Management Series
Handling a Powerful Emotion in a Healthy Way.
A series designed for those impacted by mass incarceration. Participants successfully completing this 6-week program will earn a certificate of completion recognized by probation/parole and the judicial system. Transportation assistance based on need will be provided.
Participants will learn
- What triggers their anger
- To understand the difference between healthy anger and unhealthy anger
- How t o better communicate to get their needs met
- Situational management techniques
- How to manage anxiety and stress

Eligibility Requirements & Preparation
- Must have proof of income at or below the Federal Poverty Line for your household and/or have proof of involvement in a government assistance program
- Only one Assurance Wireless phone per household. (Separate households that live at the same address may be eligible, including residents of homeless shelters and nursing homes. Residents with temporary addresses may also be eligible.
MUST BRING: Proof of Identity, Proof of Address, and Proof of Eligibility
Proof of Address
- Unexpired IDs (as listed above), Utility Bill (Dated within last 365 days), Income Document (ex. Paycheck, W2, tax return, unemployment, workers comp.), Typed Mortgage or Lease Statement with signatures from both parties, typed mailed envelope to your address stating postage paid or postmarked >365 days, residency letter, document with government seal. gov’t assistance benefits letter, etc.
Proof of Eligibility:
- Proof of Income at/below the Federal Poverty Line for your household
- And/or proof of participation in Government Assistance Program
