Juliet has been employed with FIGHT since 2001 although I took three years off to go to graduate school. I have been back at FIGHT since 2006. I think FIGHT has some of the most passionate people working here and the bonds that are formed at FIGHT by the staff and with participants are very strong and very real. FIGHT is also a place that allows you to experiment, do new things, and be involved in exciting work. I have been working at the intersection of HIV prevention, adult education, and digital equity for almost 20 years now and have gotten to work in so many different parts of the Education Department, from outreach, to testing, to teaching computer classes, to sitting at the desk in the AIDS Library, to facilitating lessons in the TEACH classes. All of these experiences have allowed me to build expertise and grow in this work and have helped me do the work I do today. I always hope to hold and honor the legacy of those who fought, and sometimes died, fighting for people living with HIV with the future needs and directions of the agency.

Education & Training

I received my Master’s in Education from Harvard Graduate School of Education with a focus on technology
