Together we will be walking through changes that happen with in the body as a result of menopause, why naturopathic medicine gives you additional treatment option and tools outside of hormone replacement therapy, and safe/effective Holistic approaches to alleviate symptoms associated with menopausal.

Dr. Kristina Schieferecke

Dr. Schieferecke has expertise in conditions related to women’s health, hormone health,digestive health, and lifestyle medicine. She is passionate about providing women withindividualized wellness by identifying and treating the root cause. Dr. Schiefereckeintegrates herbal medicine, supplementation, nutrition, homeopathy, traditional Chinesemedicine,and lifestyle medicine into her treatments to provide optimal results.Dr. Schieferecke acquired her doctorate in naturopathic medicine from the SouthwestCollege of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, AZ. Before obtaining her degree, Dr.Schieferecke attended the Metropolitan State University of Denver to receive herbachelor’s degree in Integrative Therapeutic Practices.
