Many people with HIV are eligible for government programs and other social services that can make their lives easier. Our case management staff will help you determine if you are eligible for income services — social security income or social security disability — housing services, food, assistance with heating or electric bills, and health care including Medicare, Medicaid, and SPBP (the Special Pharmaceutical Benefits Program).

We will help you apply for these services and advocate for you if needed. In addition, our Case Managers will help you gain access to substance abuse services, mental health treatment, support groups, and educational programs. At this time, we are able to serve only patients at the Jonathan Lax Treatment Center with our case management services.
